Post LG Flatron L1810B LCD Monitor

I reviewed this monitor back in February, as one of our backup articles should we have a gap in between brand new content. 18 inch LCD TFT, 1280x1024 and dual inputs mark out the basic features. Here's a snippet.

Overall I'm impressed by the LG, both in terms of specification and initial out of the box impressions. The resolution is a fine fit for the overall screen size, 19" CRT owners will tell you that, and its even brightness and pin sharp display with the DVI connector are a pleasure. Colour reproduction, something that's hard to objectively test without expensive hardware or software, seems excellent.

    Check it out here.

I think he should correct the article because that "pixel bleeding" can be easily solved by pressing the "Auto/Select" button any time. It automaticly puts evry pixel in it's place

The Auto/Select button does very little to fix that problem using either analogue or digital inputs, at least on the review sample.

I have a Flatron L1510S and doesn't have that problem. Sometimes every week or so I have to press the button because it is a tille bit blurry and things don't seem to look sharp enough, but after pressing the button it alwais works (at least my monitor does). I'm prety surprised that a superior model has this bug, it could be a defected one (shrug).
    Sorry for the spelling.
