I own a RT-AC66U already and fundamentally it's a good router. Would be nice have another though.

oh, I would soooo love to win this competition. Inner geek has been trying to justify this as an essential purchase, but it's not to be!

I've gone back to a Dlink DIR615 - isn't the best at all.... but it has ddwrt on it.

Re: Win one of two high-end ASUS routers

Just bought an RT-N66U after looking for a router with more throughput than my old WRT54GL but the same reliability and flexibility, and I got exactly what I was looking for once I switched from the stock firmware to Tomato. I couldn't justify the AC version when it was my own money, but if I were given it... that's another matter

I have the N66 Dark Knight. It is an incredible router - range and speed-wise.
Good luck to all the competitors!
