This looks promising.
It's great to see this sort of thing. There are so many documents in the nation's archives that haven't been digitised, and there will probably never be the budget to do so.
In the mean-time, they're all being slowly damaged, and there certainly isn't the budget to restore them.
And most importantly of all, we can actually access them then. Getting to the National Archives is tricky, finding the relevant document even more so. Compare that with how easy it is to utilise Flickr, Eighteenth Century Collections Online, and the National Portrait Gallery and British Museum websites, and you can see why it's so important to get these things digitised.
This is great news! I wish other libraries/archives would follow this as to preserve some of their information digitally. And, this would also mean easier access for everyone.
