I wish there's only one OS for this kind of product. Makes it much more simpler and easier to use.

"allows users to switch between Windows and Android in either laptop or tablet modes in just four seconds — and with just a single push of a button or a virtual key on the tablet,"

I wouldn't call this particularly complicated or have I missed something.

That's what Microsoft is trying to do with Windows 8.

While I can see a very small market and use for this sort of device using 2 different OS's on the same device will confuse most users. For example I use a Logitech harmony remote to control my TV/AMP/YouView/WDTV and it confuses the missus when she goes to use it because she likes the simplicity of having a remote for each device. If I gave her a Tablet with 2 OS's on her head would explode.

Interesting Idea, will be good to hear thers opinions on how well it works and how they end up using it.

A couple of thoughts though: 13.3" is too damned big. Why does every second laptop end up looking like a Mac Book?

Just because you have the functionality doesn't mean you have to use it - Just don't press the button

Besides I would hope you could disable the function anyway.
