I'm about due for a mobo/CPU upgrade, I notice some bottlenecking with my SLI setup, I reckon an i7 is needed. I wouldn't pay to upgrade em though, it's more just something I've noticed, not something that needs attention

because they might cancel the 4690k and then what prize will they give?
or the yields might be too low and not be able to get one for a prize because dell/hp buy them all for their pre built systems
plus many many other reasons.
