Same. There's very little need for such huge PSU ratings.

Sadly, a higher wattage has become linked with a higher quality unit.

Even the basic units from companies like Corsair though are fine for most PC's on the market. The extra build quality of these top end units is rarely needed or used by most people, given the high premium they often demand.
