GeForce GTX Titan X
A tower mobo with dual cpu and a bajillion pcie slots
Although not out yet, but the new Asus T300 Chi - fingers crossed it will be £500 or less.
An LG G4.
I'd put my pre-order in for a Steam Controller as the first thing I spend money on. I've just ordered the OnePlus One so would likely spend that £226 with this money as well. That leaves me with £234 to spend on a GPU upgrade, but I'll wait until the new AMD card was released to take advantage of possible price drops.
That didn't take long...
An electric unicycle, think of it like a segway cut down to one wheel. It'd make commuting without having to use slow public transport, expensive cars, or plain uncomfortable bicycles a lot easier.
Pleiades (05-06-2015)
Having just bought a Lumia 640XL i would spend part of the £500 paying for the Lumia.
The monitor i rather like is beyond £500 so thats ruled out.
Actually there is nothing (tech wise) i really want or lust after though there are a few things that interest me. Quite often i find the wanting is better than actually getting. Once you get it, thats it.
Probably a 3D printer
blow up japanese doll with computerised programmable mouth.
Mine would be spent on a 32" LED HiRes Monitor
Unfortunately, an upgrade that's right in between lusted for and wasteful (for my current system) is a GTX 980 Ti.
Wouldn't mind throwing a Batteriser to the mix just for fun, though.
a full size lightsail
I'd have to wait a little while but I would buy a Slylake CPU (i7 most likely) with a Skylake mobo and of course 16gb DD4 RAM, then if there's enough left in the pot a Corsair Air 540 case, though I suspect that the CPU, mobo and RAM would push my budget over the £500 mark. If I'm not allowed to wait for Skylake to release then it would have to be Haswell with a 4790K and EVGA mobo plus I can use my existing RAM.
Do I win the £500 for that answer?
