The 950/950XL are needed to push forward Windows Phone (10).
The 950XL most interests me as long as its at least full HD (1920 x 1080). A larger than 32GB one as well would be good as long as micro SD remains too.

Waiting eagerly to see what they do with the surface pro 4 range. I probably can't justify the expense of buying one been but you never know :-)
