What do you mean by wait exactly? Fury X with crimson drivers is already here.

It is a shame that Hexus is comparing graphics cards with different drivers though (eg different 980ti cards are on different drivers) as it makes comparisons a bit hard, however I don't think it would significantly affect the results and I think Hexus have largely avoided making any statistically dubious claims.

It would be nice to be able to see this card against the Fury X with current drivers as from what I can work out the Fury X in the graphs was testing with the old Catalyst 15.15 Beta drivers.

Yes, when they're both at stock clocks. And for the Fury X, there is barely anything past stock clocks since it's such a poor overclocker.

Re: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 Ti Xtreme Gaming WaterForce

Clearly proud of the outcome, Gigabyte has implemented a transparent front window to show off the underlying construction.
I'm clearly missing something here - the Gigabyte logo on the edge is the correct way up for a tower case installation. Which means that the window on the card is actually upside down. Now assuming that I could be bothered to peer upwards, my view of the GRX card's window would still be obscured by other cards. So other than proud looks before you install the card, what exactly is the point of the window?

On the upside though, £590 retail when the normal cards are £500 isn't bad.

Career status: still enjoying my new career in DevOps, but it's keeping me busy...

While that side is rarely seen after installation, it's the most important side - that's the side all the e-tailer photos show, so that's the side that is seen by the most potential customers

Is there a problem in stocking these in retailers, due to row with asetec patent? It was supposed to be in stock on the 4th at scan but is not yet in stock. Its no where to be found actually!
