    This, why not stick a 1440p panel on there instead? it will be sharp enough and give decent frame rates.

    Why not stick a GTX980 in there (non M) with that sort of panel?

    I cant see a 17" display needing to be 4k, like Platinum said it would be better with a lower resolution display running at higher frame rates.
    But selling products is a numbers game, you have to have higher numbers that everyone else or you dont get the sales.
