can someone explain me this:
Price on US site: 1999.99 USD (they have free shipping too)
Price on UK site: 2149.99 GBP (so 3,030.89 in USD, 1030USD more?)
Price on EU site: 2999.99 EUR (so 3,327.39 in USD, 1327USD more?)
Exchange rates from xe.com
I would buy for 1999.99USD right away, but not for those prices.
Also, what do you think, knowing that new geretaion of GPUs are coming, is it a good moment to buy this kind of laptop (gaming)?

I don't think it's ever a "good" time to buy a gaming laptop, as there's always something new coming. This one does look nice. particularly with that screen. Same about the Razer logo, never liked it and they love plastering it all over their kit.
US prices don't include sales tax, localisation and distribution costs etc etc, so there's something. Does seem like a larger gap than usual though..
Almost all of these laptop manufacturers have a base model where the memory/HDD/SSD is too small. The additional cost to upgrade just seems extortionate when you know you can buy the parts and install yourself far cheaper than buying the upgraded model but doing this instantly invalidates the warranty.
For example, take the two models 256GB = $1999.99, 512GB = $2199.99 which is $200 difference. Amazon lists EVO 256GB = $87.99 and 500GB = $149.99 which is a difference of $62. So straight away $138 ripoff not including any economies of scale the company would also be making buying in bulk and using cheaper components. This is not just Razer but most laptop manufacturers.

The problem is many of the manufacturers put tamper stickers or glue/sealant on the screws so it's obvious the case has been opened. Also even changing the OS invalidates many warranties. I've got countless images of laptops where they are stored for warranty purposes after I've wiped them for a clean install.
I think UK electronics are usually about 20% more than US prices after tax and exchange rates differences (+cost of doing business) so it would be still be cheaper to buy from the US and pay import duty. However, any problems could end up costing much more as RMA would be to another country.
This has Thunderbolt USB3.1 type-C but all of the communication I've seen so far relates to compatible AMD GPU's only. I personally would wait and see if there is support for all GPU's.
USB 3.0 should have been named USB 4.0 for marketing purposes to 'fool' consumers and make more money.
I'm just going to put this out there - Razer products are always overpriced. Good, but overpriced. If you want a cheaper laptop you look at less glamorous makes like the no-fuss Gigabyte laptops or PC Specialist. If you've recently become bored of burning your cash and need a new way to get rid of excess funds, you buy Razer.
Remember they are PCI-E M.2 SSD's not SATA 2.5" drives.

You are correct - adjusting for that makes a difference of $68 between 256/500GB so it's still $130 markupRemember they are PCI-E M.2 SSD's not SATA 2.5" drives.
Looking at Scan the difference is £102 between the 256gb SM951 and the 512gb version, the SM951 is very likley the one they are using as its a OEM drive that well everyone uses, so $130 difference seems good value to me.

Well if you want to use GBP pricing then Razer 256GB = £2149.99 and 500GB = 2449.99, a difference of £300 - so that's £198 that could be saved if you fitted it yourself.
Anybody knows when are AMD Polaris and nVidia next-gen mobile gpu scheduled?
I have macBook Pro retina, and it is great to work on, but recently I got project on Unity/Unreal, and I cant really work on Mac. So I have to switch to my desktop.
This kind of laptop would resolve my problem. I saw Gigabyte has one small "Gaming" laptop with 970m,though the price is OK,its hard to find it here (Switzerland).

Probably the higher VAT (20%) in the UK and/or other import tariffs that raise the cost.
If you bought it from the USA, unless someone sent it to you as a gift, you'd be likely to see a massive import tax.
