The 550 boosts to 1206, not 1750 (that's the memory clock).

More research than I was willing to do, but thanks.
Just expected more details on this excellence to be provided in the same article than simply being told I can afford it!!

Sadly, reducing from 1 click to 0 involves embedding images of another website on this one, it's bad juju. But you're welcome. Also..

No sign of the 560 though for some reason. I'd argue that, price-permitting, that could be the most interesting card of the line-up. (I'd appreciate the 550 2GiB if it were priced more appropriately, say £59.99 or £69.99.)

TBH, I don't mind it not being in the article, but if Sapph themselves are telling me I can afford it, I expect them to tell me how affordable it is, so I can figure out if I can get an appropriate monitor to go with it.
As is, I've already upgraded to a 980Ti with waterblock and new monitor, which is why I wasn't interested enough to look further... but I actually couldn't have quite afforded/justified the cost (with the necessary waterblock) of upgrading to one of these before the 980, even with the 8GB DDR5 card!

Well, as usual I would guess that retailers/distributors set the price rather than Sapphire, but an estimate isn't beyond them. :/

RX 560 comes out in early May. My thoughts are the same with RX 550. I wonder how that little card runs, especially on older AAA games.

Re: Sapphire introduces the Radeon PULSE family of graphics cards

Tech Deals suggested it was around 2x the performance of the a 550. The 550 was pretty good for such a cheap little card and also low powered for PCIE so very good back compat.

Re: Sapphire introduces the Radeon PULSE family of graphics cards

Benchmarks for this will be interesting. I've been told the Pulse 580 is likely to be pretty bad as, unlike the new 580 Nitro+, it uses the old cooler from their 480 which struggled back on the 480, so the even more power hungry 580 could cause serious problems.

560 doesn't launch until early May, apparently. I'd guess that's because it's the only card that's actually a significant step up from the incumbent 400-series card, so they want to clear a bit of space around the launch rather than have it lost amongst the launch of the higher end cards.
