    That image of BrainChip Studio made me giggle, buttons on duffle coat, M&S coat lapels spotted, striped short sleeve shirt, backpack at 4 o'Clock, arrest that clothing immediately.

    And targeted advertising can more easily pepper you with stuff based on your face, just like in the movies!!

    Please note that your PC will need at least an accompanying 8C/16T processor to achieve the headline performance claims.
    So AMD threadripper CPUs for our law enforcement then.

    Thought that looked like an off the shelf board, I can't see why this usage would need network xfp cages
