I'd much rather be thrilled to read that RAM prices are falling, having a DDR4 32GB Memory Kit at 4400MHz is great and all but i don't want to be selling one of my kidneys.

Yeah what is the point in this? How about lowering prices on the 3200mhz kits, it's making me stick with my 3570k, at this point if I needed more power I'd consider the 3770k used just so I don't need to spend all that on some RAM.

I agree. I recently did a very low budget build for a friend. Excluding RAM, it would only of been £15 more to get a similar setup on the AM4 platform, allowing for future upgrades if they required. However, as DDR4 was so pricey, I ended up building one based on FM2+ instead with DDR3 as the DDR4 put it out of the price range! Sad when a nice new motherboard and CPU were completely affordable, but RAM was what blew it!

I'm still running an FM2+ build.. I love it to bits but it really needs an upgrade. Pricey though.
