NF4 micro ATX or Shuttle NF3 Ultra?

I'm currently building a new SFF media centre thats also going to double as a games PC. Its gonna have a top end GFX 6800 ultra 3500 winchester, gig memory blah blah.
    I'm just deciding on mobo.
I had it down on being based on the Shuttle SN95G5 that uses the NF3 ultra with 1GHz Hypertransport (2000 MT/s).
I have just noticed the FoxConn NF4K8MA-KS nForce4 Micro ATX but it has system bus at 1600MT/s.

What's gonna give me the best performance mobo wise?

    Thanks

Cany say anything about the shuttle, however i have one of the foxconn boards, and there is nothing wrong with at all. Windows went on first time, been up and running since crimbo with out any issues, plays the one game it was built for fine (eve-online)

I think there was a lower-end version of nf4 for socket 754, at 16000 - sounds like they use this?

There surely will be more matx's turning up soon?

Cheers. I take it from your sig that Winchester's work ok without any probs. which is good as I was planning on using the 3500 Win. Corsair XMS3500 and XFX 6800GT.

Out of curiosity, where did you get the mobo from and the antec case too? As that's what I had in mind also

I would expect the HT can possibly handle a little more than 1600 also ... with persuasion
