Pakuma launch lappy bags for the chic geek

So that's what I've been doing wrong! Walking around with my black, durable laptop bag, when what I really needed what a durable, yet stylish laptop bag. That's the aim of the new range of bags from Pakuma, which were "inspired by the South American Pemon tribe".

There's a choice between the Akara backpack range, or the Choroka messenger range. Personally, I prefer the latter. Check out Pakuma's press release for more info.

The new range of bags from Pakuma are available from rockdirect and Scan.

I just really am not sure about that logo.

And I can't see a picture of the different colour combinations anywhere, scan just have the stock images, same colours as above.

I do like the idea of one that doesent scream laptop inside, have been looking at crumpler bags as they seem to offer good protection and some waterproofing.

Is it me or are they trying to copy crumpler?

They look very similiar.

The pocket that holds the laptop is very similar to crumpler, but if they re well made a cheaper good for them

Those bags look just like crumper. The big black one from pakuma looks soooo much like my 'bees knees'...and the logo! The little pakumon (hahah no pokymon) is like a grown up wilder crumpler guy!

Wonder if they are as good as crumpler tho...
