Thinking of getting one for the squeezebox music streaming box i am getting. I think it will be a better option than wireless.

This depends a lot on the quality of your earth line, but my biggest grevence is theres no garentee from lightning isolation. That pisses me off due to the very nature of its conception.

main points:
They might not work depending on how your house is wired, but probably will.
They will drop out a bit, but nothing like as much as wireless.

Reeaaaaaaaaallly important to note:
WIRING YOUR HOUSE IS EASY.
Cat5e, is both cheap, and gigabit tastic!
Looks neat, increases the value of your house, will take like 1 afternoon to do lots of rooms (enless your house was built buy an insane person).

You can run Cat5e next to mains cables in the average size house without any problems.
Its cheap.

Its secure.

Its reliable.

It's what i'd do. (WWTAD bracelts will be on sale soon).

I'll second that wired up whole house (7 users) much more reliable than wireless and nippy as......sorted
