Rubbish, I like violent video games (to a point, GTA for example is not my type of game). I thrive on the violence, it provides me to way to realese the darker side of me. They DO NOT, I repeat, they do not make me more violent in everyday life. I have two friends that are like that too.
    See System Specs.

Well, he seemed to think that video games are bad for society. Maybe thats true, but the entire society we live in is so rotten and corrupt and stinking of crap that I don't see what a bit more violence can do to it. I mean, ffs, its acceptable to watch real life grown men punch each other untill one knocks the other out but its not ok to imaginarily shoot somone? Which is worse? I'd say boxing.

Gaming is a massive scene now
Kids are now slapping strangers in the street
Stabbings / Killings / Murders are up

    Quick... lets blame the games!

Lets not notice that drinking, drugs and countless other things are up aswell.
    ---------

Other side to look at it tho is that games WILL make SOME people more violent, films make SOME people violent... I mean even a Kid / Puppy can make SOME people violent... we live in a ****ed up world with some really ****ed up people.
