My Windows XP installation is missing East Asian Language Support, as this is part of Windows XP, it should be there.
When I go to "Regional and Language Options" in the control panel, and select "Install files for East Asian languages" from the "Languages" tab it asks for the file cplexe.exe which if windows was installed properly on my machine should be on the machine somewhere or be on a disk supplied with my machine.
According to the dialog box this file should be on the "Window XP Home Edition Service Pack 2" CD, but as in the case when I installed the files for complex script, the files needed were on the computer in the C:\I386\LANG directory
