well I've got a Xbox360 already, but I will not be getting the PS3 but instead getting a Wii for some action gaming ( by action I mean real movement )

I picked PS3 becuase i liked the Formula one 06 title, it's a shame it's not out on the 360 otherwise i would have got the xbox.

2) The end-retail price. 300 pounds was the limit I am willing to spend on a console. Charging nearly double that is just a joke in my opinion really and is pricing most people out of affording this console.

Anyway - What can the PS3 do that a Wii and Xbox360 can't ( apart from attract a premium price ) ?

I totaly agree with you, but as i said the deciding factor for me was the type of games i play. (Formula 1 and Gran Turismo)

I was willing to ditch GT but i really like Formula 1 and it's a real shame Microsft dont have that on the 360.

Wii for me Being a skint student, I don't think I can justify the PS3 or XBox 360 Price tag for the amount I would actually play it

I have an xbox 360. There is a sprinkling of worthwhile titles (so far) nothing like as many as some people would have you believe. There is definately nothing worth owning the system for (yet) no system selling, AAA titles. To be fair though most consoles have rubbish games for the first year

Im definately going to be getting a Wii at some point but this time im going to wait for at least one system selling, AAA title before i part with any cash.

I'll stick with my soon to be upgraded PC for a while, until i've seen the Wii and PS3 in action, and what games come out for them both... but I'm hoping to get either of those, wouldn't touch an XBOX, just don't like the look of them :O

not overly impressed with the 360 and the ps3 is a lot of money for something not any better than the 360!

so my answer is i will be getting a wii because its cheap and has something else to offer over every other console ever made not just better graphics!
