Dell 2007WFP or E207WFP ? Owners please help.

Dell currently have the 2007WFP for £260 and the E207WFP for £220.

I know the 2007 is the better panel but only has 16ms response unlike the 207 which has a 5ms response.

I will be using the screen for day to day work plus gaming and some TV / movie watching.

Could someone who has experience of either please let me know especially the 2007's suitability for gaming and TV / movies (including sports).

    Thanks.

I'm not an owner, but the reviews of the 2007 are very very good, while the reviews of the e207 are very very bad.

16ms is fine for most gaming - and it's such an abused measurement that it means next to nothing anyway

Sorry I'm being lazy here but what were the main failing points of the E207WFP in reviews?

    Cheers,

    "awful image reproduction"

"it's difficult to recommend due to its sub-par picture. We'd advise you to seek one of the multitude of cheaper, better monitors currently on the market"

"it's absolutely awful at colour reproduction and reproducing tones at the extreme ends of the scale. It's unable to distinguish between similar light tones"
