    Why? If you didn't remove the clamp why should you pay for it?

    you can actually get professional people to remove clamps from your car and as long as it doesn't damage the clamp it's perfectly legal

    Somhow i cant see how hes going to take a clamp off though with a grinder without damaging it

    Yeah, it is legal to remove your clamp yourself.

    After all there is no fine for a clamp, just a removal fee. Do it yourself and you are free to go.


    Although it is amazingly funny handing a clamp in with your mate as lost property to the local police station

    apparently you just let the tire down and slide it off. then hand it in at the cop shop to escape prosecution

    obviously this will only work with certain clamps
