| will Radeon 9600 Ultimate = overheated shuttle? I like the idea of the Sapphire ati 9600 Ultimate Edition passive cooled graphics card - nice and quiet (since my next PC will be on 24-7)... However I want to get the SB75g2 - will there be enough airflow? Has anyone had any experience of this combination? Also, am I likely to have any problems with it edging into the PCI slot's space, and also does this card require extra power from elsewhere? How would I hook it up (does it come with the right wires to plug into the sb75g2's power pack? (will get the rev2 silentX version). |

| The Sapphire 9600 & 9600XT Ultimates will fit in a shuttle fine (They use a smaller heatpipe than the 9800 series). You may or may not be able to use the PCI slot though, this will depend on the size/width of PCI card you are trying to use. As for heat it gets a little more toasty inside but the shuttle can handlle it. Hope this help you make your decision. |
