Shuttle system components - buying advice

    Hi,
would anyone be prepared to give me (a novice builder!) a little advice ? I'm going to build a Shuttle system, based around the SB75G2, and propose the following components:

    CPU: P4 2.8Ghz 800FSB
    Memory: 512Mb DDR RAM (crucial)
    DVD: Pioneer DVR-A07
Graphics: Connect 3D Radeon 9600XT 128MB DDR AGP
    HDD: Samsung SpinPoint P80 160GB SATA150

    I guess my questions are:

Would this is a 'sensible' config for a start ? i.e Am I spending too much on the Shuttle (I believe the SB75G2 is pretty much top of the range) - and not enough on, say, the processor ?

Is the graphics card a decent buy ? I have tried to research various cards, but there are so many at such varying prices !

I'm basically after something that will run quietly, as I want to use it in the lounge ajacent to the TV. Will this be quiet, or do I need to change the HDD ?

The PC will be used mainly for MP3s, but I would also like it to be capable of running showshifter so I can pause live TV / record programmes / burn DVDs etc

Any thoughts, (however honest !) much appreciated ... Thanks.

I was wondering how you went on with your new system?
Did you go for the SB75G2? which CPU did you decide on?
    Can't believe nobody posted a reply !!!
