Help !!!!! password to unlock for itune restore from back up ?????

Just have a massive problem here with my iphone. I tried to restore from itune back up with a different iphone but it didn't let me do that! it keep asking me to enter a password to unlock itune back up, I never set any password for back up before I don't understand how come it ask me to put a password in, I have no idea what I'm going to do, Could anyone please help!!!

Sounds like it's asking for your apple ID. You should have set this up on your first phone ?

Did try that but didn't make any different,

If you can't remember the password you will have to restore your phone as a new phone. According to this the new iphone should be factory reset and you can then restore from backup in the setup process.

I don't have any computer password and I m only one who is use this computer.
I had try erase all the reseting and set this phone as a new phone then did restore from back up but it still asking me a password. Is it possible to restore from a different computer if I copy a back up file to another computer?

The files are on your PC that you want to put on your phone is that what you are stating. Can you not plug your phone into the PC put the files into iTunes then sync, if this fails try CopyTrans. - https://www.facebook.com/copytrans?fref=ts

I got the old data back up from my PC but it 's a different one this one it was back up on a different machine in February, at the moment I just restored that old back up until I can manage the latest one.
On Sunday I did try the latest one, it copied but it took about 4 hours for 943 MB (which is it doesn't take long normally) it looks will be done but suddenly it said '' it can't copy or save the data on the computer'' I just wasted time for 4 hours. Will try again next time, thanks guy for your support.

Sounds like you've possibly encrypted your previous backup and you need to give this password before you're able to restore?

I dont' know what to do so I have to get the old data from another computer instead, That's mean I can't get a whole latest data but at least I can get some contact back. Thank you guy for your help, But if anyone has an idea for this you can post it in here.
