Joined up yesterday (or the day before maybe) and just turned in my first work unit! A big chunky SMP one worth 1760 points I think, should now be on the team boards etc.
Work laptop is up to 65% of another big SMP unit, and two of the other PC's are up to approx 2/3 of smaller non smp units.
Hopefully will start turning in some more points over time and helping the general cause.
(So going to hijack some of works server over christmas! (no one is there to check them then!))

Was concerned about heat, but my E6600 was only at 44 degrees after about 35 hours, so I'm not worried anymore
Pah that's nothing. My Macbook pro is currently running at 77c and has been for the last weekHighest temp was 87c!
That is insane, I wouldn't risk the damage to my carefully selected and paid for components!
I doubt there is a room for the monster of a Scythe infinity cooler in an iMac though!
Then again, i get worried when i approach 60 degrees and some don't

Very strange, I can't send the results, but I can download new units. Seem to have some proxy issues perhaps. Weird though as some servers don't seem to have the same problem.

Annoyingly I've had approx 6 SMP units pass their deadlines due to not being able to send them back
Does anyone know if I copy the work folder from a pc which has completed the unit, to another, if it will send correctly?
Currently only seem to have 1 (sometimes 2) pc's which can transmit SMP units
