Internet Explorer is not working correctly :(

I'm at work.....we have 10 PC's on a router, and 9 of them are OK.

Guess who's is not right ?

    OK.....go to

    www.vauxhall.co.uk

now on MY PC the Vauxhall logo in the top left only HALF shows and the tak bar along the top, where all the vital stuff, like CARS, normally shows....doesn't

and its only on this PC. I have turned off my Zone Alarm and have an up to date version of a Vaux approved Virus checker, Mcafee.....but so do ALL the PC's

So.....any idea at all? It must be something to do with that section of the web site being a kinda dynamic drop down menu system.,..

    but...all othersites work

    Any ideas dudes ?

We have problems like this at college, apparently it's due to the filters and the routers (so said the techies who don't know much)

ok....cleared out temp internet files.....also went in manualy to see what was in there and a Java file was shown as damaged.

    Deleted the whole damn lot....

    rebooted Hit Cntrl F5.

    no different

noother sites so far are giving me grief.

its the left hand side of the Vaux griffin thats missing and then the task bar to the right of it...so the middle is fine....how weird is that?

Any more plans...have just done disk clean up and virus checked - clean

The image at the top left is only one image so it can't be split i.e. either the whole image or none at all would load. That means that something is sitting on top of it, I'm guessing that something is a layer with a white background. The layers on the drop down menu are white so they may be the culprit. It's almost certainly a cache issue, try going into internet options and deleting al files and clearing your history and trying again. It's also worth resizing the window a couple of times to see if it's a positional issue

Best bet would be to get a real browser from http://www.mozilla.org/firebird but if it's a company PC you might not be able to download from web sites. If not then I'd recommend you get it

If it still doesn't work then try capturing a screenshot and send it to me or upload it so I can have a look

oops just read that you've emptied temp files so ignore that bit
