    Securely deleting recycle bin

What is the most effective way of deleting files from the recycle bin forever?

Please no jokes about emptying the recycle bin... heh!

Have been asked by someone and haven't really looked into.. anyone offer any suggestions?

I use CCleaner which cleans up your hard disk nicely (including the Recycle Bin). More info here: CCleaner - Features
