Cross VLC off and put media player classic hc (64bit) - it has numerous advantages over VLC (eg built in h.264 decoder with hardware acceleration, multi threading). VLC is for n00bs

Not sure if this counts as it's a web-app, but I think Sumo Paint is worthy as an online imaging tool (if you can use adobe photoshop and/or adobe illustrator then you feel right at home, and you can even use right click actions).
Fancy adding Malwarebytes Anti Malware to that list dude.
Really good program, has helped the removal of some nasty stuff in the past that other software struggled with.
Whatpulse - Tracks how many keystrokes and mouse clicks you do. Very interesting to see how much you actually type, what keys you press the most, how many types you click your mouse and how much you move it. Join the hexus.net team.

drweb live cd this is a .iso file. you burn it to a disc to create a bootable rescue cd. it has a bultin updater and firefox web browser. if a computer wont boot you can use this tool to remove malware so you can boot again.
f-secure easy clean
avptool (kaspersky) to update redownload
Karen's Replicator backup application. i use it to copy all the data from my data partition on my first hard drive to my backup partition on my second hard drive. if a file is deleted from the sourse i get it to delete it from the destination drive as well (move to recycle bin)
