This is why I think it makes sense, CAT remember what I was saying about NT, unlike 3.1, hosted the CLI in the WIMP land. This is a case of almost hosting CLI in WIMP in Metro. Its kinda cool because this is going to be across everything.
I like this because a programmer we can quickly, cheapily create something which is the same across all platforms, but with very different 'look and feel'* for each size or role of device.
*By look and feel, I mean what XAML files provide in Silverlight/WPF, that is to say a visual style, simplistic traites, but not the underlying workflow (View Models).
