File Manager like Firefox tab restore?

Does anyone know of any software that can save and restore Windows Exploror windows (File manager) like Firefox can?

I normally have about 10 or so folders open and would like an instant way to reopen them all at once without having to seek them through a dozen HDD's each time after a reboot.

If running win7, can you not pin them to the start bar.

You could also make shortcuts for each folder on the desktop.
