Convertor for H264 to WMV

Anyone know of any decently quick + free convertors to go from H264 to WMV (MY Dad has bought a new GPS and wants some home video encoded and put on it, but it only supports windows media video 9 (h264 encoded videos lag like hell [at the correct res ofc])

Any ideas

It's quite a while since I've had to convert video files, but the guides and tools at:

Used to be top notch. They don't seem to have specific H264 to WMV ones but if you just select "to WMV" and check those there is probably one that will apply.
