Try also WM Recorder and Replay Media Catcher that promises to download Foodnetwork vids. Also check out this instruction, this might also help http://www.hongkiat.com/blog/save-played-videos/ this should work after you already watched some videos.

Audials has a tool that downloads from such sites as foodnetwork, they even advertise it on their website http://audials.com/en/how_to_record_...d_network.html, however the tool is not freeware so I guess it would be worth spending money on it if only if you do this more often and not just this one time. I have another tool from them and I am satisfied with it, so I guess I could recommend it...

Have a Google for videodownloadhelper, I think that there are both Internet Explorer and Firefox versions now, the Firefox one seems best supported.
