Question app to copy mp3 fro pls to a folder

    Hello!

I;m looking for an application (on windows) that can take a .pls playlist and then gather the mp3 I have on it, and copy them on another folder.

I make a lot of playlists in my winamp and then I want to take them with me in a usb to use in my car's audio system, but the items on my playlists are usually scattered in many folders. So I just want a program to read the paths and copy them in a new folder together.

Do you know any free application that can do the job?

    Thanks

Re: app to copy mp3 fro pls to a folder

All the commands are build into windows already, so a simple batch file that reads the text of your .pls file, iterates the lines with a for loop and does a robocopy from the file=<path> to your target location should work. You could probably do it just straight on the command prompt also, but batch file might be easier to construct.
