Put simply, it means things only run with the permissions needed to do their job. That means when something takes them over and tries to use them as a means to do other jobs, they can't.

It makes you agree to any changes that a program makes to the operating system that could have a detrimental effect.

It means if you work on customers computers all day long it is going to drive you nuts.

Only if you're constantly deleting desktop shortcuts and things for your work.

Everyday work really won't be affected by UAC.

I have moaned about operating systems since VAX/VMS so to anyone who knows me anything I say is ignored. Because I get over it quickly(that means it will grow on me albeit slowly at my age)
