    Question About NanoMeter process

    Hello guys.

I see the NAND manufacturing process going more smaller by each two years.
While NM geometries becoming more small, more bit can be put into same area ( or cell ) is becoming possible, right ?

So the question I want to ask is, while that process, which is exactly becoming bigger ? In 2010, the manufacturers were using 34nm NAND to make SSDs. That time, a page was about 4KB.

    - Cell
    - Page
    - Block
    - Plane
    - Die
    - Chip
