| Commodity hard drives? Is there anything preventing you from putting a larger off-the-shelf HD into PS3? Paying for the bigger drive seems a little silly considering that for the price difference you can get a much bigger one... |

| Yeah, they're are guides on this one on the net.. one here: http://gizmodo.com/gadgets/home-ente...ive-216612.php They're laptop-style 2.5" ones, so dunno if they're the same price as normal HDD's but it'll certainly be worth changing. Especially with the 'openness' of the console allowing linux installation and that. |
