PS3 SKUs
Right, I have more money than sense and will be wanting to buy a PS3 in mid March. I would like one that can play PS2 games so that the wife can play old FF games. Otherwise I will mainly be playing blue-rays and any exclusive games that catch my eye.
Any idea when a new SKU will appear to replace the now unobtainable 60gb? |

Re: PS3 SKUs
You are better off trying to get hold of an 60GB second hand imo... Its possible that they may never be a backwards compatible PS3 in future models...

Re: PS3 SKUs
Spose comes down to how much you want the backwards computability. It is nice playing older PS2 games upscaled in HD tbh, and most titles work fine now, but if you still have a ps2 anyway, i would not let it influence your decision to much. SKU wise it is hard to keep up with their plans, i would say just get the smallest hd poss and then just buy a bigger hd when needed. I just installed a 250gb one the other day
