| ID3 tags for video on a PS3? This is driving me nuts trying to find a solution! I've recently started moving my videos over to my PS3 rather than having to stream (so I can turn my laptop off) I see the best method to sort on the XMB is via 'Album' then add the 'Album' tag on your video via the information section. I have quite a few videos & to do this for everyone (even with the predictive input) is a pain, can anything edit the tags on the PC? The usual info on a video on the PC does not include album and even when a sorted video is moved from the PS3 back to the PC there is still no 'Album' tag, so, can anything edit this or is it simply a field on the PS3 that it keeps track of rather than changing the file itself?! | Re: ID3 tags for video on a PS3? Seems that if you import a load of videos in one go they will be tagged with an album name of the date. You can then do a mass update of the tag, well that was easier than I thought! |
