    Need help losing weight?

A friend of mine pointed out this to me:

    www.weightlossresources.co.uk

You input your weight and height, and it figures out how many calories a day you will need to maintain or lose weight.

You then simply input everything you've eaten, and it tells you the calories and how many you have left.

Not only that but you can add on exercise whichs ups your calorie limit.

It comes with a 3 day free trial (nice). I was so impressed I joined - and it takes something special for that.

I'm using it to maintain my weight, and trim down a little

Let me know if any of you use it, and how you get on.

Don't doubt it, but did the 3 day trial, enjoyed it, found it useful, so kept it up

No, it factors in your BMI, your calories to maintain weight, and the amount you need to lose weight safely.

a bit skeptical of things that over-complicate how to lose weight. Eat more vegetables and do more exercise Thats my new years resolution

That's why I like this. No silly food plans, just targets and I still eat what I want, just keep a check on things
