    Run GPS

    Run.GPS - HomeEN

Anyone else looked at this bit of software?

Basically it uses your GPS enabled smartphone/PDA to log exercise, you can view/create routes, compare times etc. To the point voice prompts will tell you how much faster/slower you are than the last time you attempted a route and upload them to the run gps site.

My dad uses it a lot on his training rides and I'm currently exploring the free trial demo for running/cycling.

I am pretty impressed so far.

NokiaSportsTracker does the same thing for the N series phones. Great bit of kit, I use it all the time when riding trails. It can even live update a map position on a website so someone remotely can see where you are.

Looks interesting... I wonder they put weightlifting on the list though
Something worth considering for every road runner
