    Floor Standing punch bag.

Any recommendations for a good floor standing punch bag? The type where you fill the base with sand/water. I've seen some in Argos but unsure whether they're of a durable quality.

Had an inflatable one. Gave it a right battering with gloves and without gloves. However the base just started leaking.

Id spend the bit more and get one that hangs off wall/ceiling as it can also help with your power, as opposed to a flimsy inflatable one. Another annoying thing is, when you feel like beating it silly it takes like a second to come back up for the next punch lol quite annoying when your in the moment

We use the wavemaster XXL where I train, nice enough to use and pretty hard wearing.

Thanks for the responses. The wavemaster is along the lines of what I'm after.
