    Resting Heart Rate

    http://www.netfit.co.uk/fitness/test...heart-rate.htm

These seem reasonably accurate, my resting heart rate varies between 64-69, and I do about 7km on the cycle 5 times a week and a 2hour footy session + the occasional sit ups and weights. But I also like eating, sitting on my ass and playing pc games so I'm not as fit as I could be.

    Re: Heart Rate

Mine's about 60 so that seems pretty good. I mainly go climbing, which I guess is similar to HIIT.

CPU Temps: Forget MBM, if it don't crash it ain't too hot.
