    I had my jaw broken and had to have my teeth wired together for 8 weeks, I lived of milkshakes, not great! Lost over a stone! I wouldn't recommend it though

    With regards to fizzy drinks, this might be a good motivator!



    It's actually not an exaggeration like you might expect, as sugar IS converted directly into fat by your body if you don't use it (e.g. a sugar drink during gym is ok, that's why lucozade contains tonnes of glucose (sugar), your muscles end up using it) - You're really right about cutting back there
