I would say Celtic. He said before he could never play for a side that was in the same league as UTD.

I think he was told to go or be sacked. To keep his integrity he left on his own accord. His relationship with fergie over the last 6 months hasn't been so strong. They had a big argument in the summer apparently and few weeks ago he commented on some players performances at UTD. Which btw i think was right of him, something like that needs to be made public so that the players in question do something about it, it puts pressure on them to sort them selves out. Some of the players in question are on over 100 grand a week for gods sake and they were/are playing like bums. If it was closed doors then they wouldn't bother to buck their ideas up. A combination of these events and probably others that we don't know about lead to his departure. Why else would he leave by mutual concent. If he decideds to go into club management I hope that some time in the future he will be our manager.

I hope fergie gets someone during January who can fill his gap a bit. He said he was going to bring players in. Now its up to fergie to make the right decisions on who he gets. We don't need a repeat of Djemba-Djemba, Kleberson, Forlan or Howard for that matter.

I think it's a stick-on that he'll go to Celtic, but for a vastly reduced salary.

Good player, though could be more trouble than he's worth. I think he could be a disruptive force in the dressing room.
