    Exercise and boobs.

My missus is ample in the bossom department.

She's not a big girl, but she would like to lose 1 stone - (I can't see why but what do we men know?!)

Basically, we both want her to keep her boobs

Advice on exercises she can do? Both cardio and toning.

    Cheers

    Rhesus - My band.

Perhaps with some photos and measurements we can make a better judgement?

Ok, just kidding. But I thought breasty bits were made of fat so if you lose weight they're gonna shrink some? I think i'll have to do some scientific studies with my missus later to check..

Sadly theres no way of removing 'areas'.

To lose weight you need to do cardio which will help lower your overall body fat level. If that means her boobs are fatty then they will shrink. No way around it sadly, that's just the way things are.

Saying that though some people don't lose it quite so much around the bust, others do. Luck of the draw! That bird off Hollyoaks who left (Lisa) recently had a boob job since after loosing weight her boobs went from a D to a B! So she had them done to bring them back up to her usual size.

    Hi there,

You CANNOT lose weight in just one spot (I.E. just doing sit ups will not just burn fat over your stomach) you have to work your hole body.

The most effective is HIIT, basically its jogging and everynow and then you sprint to get your heartrate up for as long as possible.
