    Well... I finished the thing!

    The thing in question being the Oulton Park Spring Duathlon.... bearing in mind that I don't run if I can help it, today was no mean feat!

    You can see my laps here:

    Run Leg 1
    Bike Leg
    Run Leg 2

    The GPS went a bit mad on the 1st run leg (I can't walk on water ) and the gaps in the other traces is Transition - which I didn't trace, but for the record they were both SLOW. 2:30something for the first one, and nearly 4 minutes for T2 because I forgot how shoes worked.....

    My first event was a Human Race duathlon, the IceMan. Finished it and I wasn't last, lol.

    As has been said, be warned of the addictiveness of having fun out there - leads to all sorts of trouble. Good trouble.
