    Decent Rower

Looking to buy a decent rower outside of the expensive concept range, can anyone recommend anything?

I enjoy rowing much more than running, low impact and really feel good.

    Anyone else a keen rower?

I wouldn't go so far as keen, but I did row a bit at Uni and really enjoyed it. Certainly if I ever end up in a gym (not that it happens very often) a 1500m Ergo is one of my preferred workouts - a good mix of both resistance work and stamina.

Can't recommend any particular machine, but back in my day the air rowers were always far more realistic than the magnetic ones - I'm not convinced that's still the case but it's a preference I've retained to this day. A lot depends on what you mean by expensive of course - what kind of budget were you thinking of?
