New pedal bike

I am looking at buying a new bike, a XC style hardtail.
I have £300-£400 to spend and have been to a few local bike shops to try some bikes out.
What do you think of this bike it is the one that i have liked best out of the ones ive seen.
Any other recomendations? I am about 6 foot 1.

i can't say this enough - get something 2nd hand, www.singletrackworld.co.uk - the forums there. you'll get a 6 month old bike that cost £700 for the money.. can't do better

Id prefer to buy from a bike shop where i can try the bike out to see which one suits me best, for me buying off the internet isnt really an option.
