Oh dear oh dear!
I can't share anything quite as funny as what grandmaster Ryszard did earlier in the week, but this made me chuckle, at least.
I purchased Windows XP Pro x64 edition recently, but I don't have a floppy drive (as already blogged) so I've slipstreamed the disk drivers and some other stuff into it. In doing so, I downloaded the ASUS distribution of NVIDIA's latest nForce drivers for XP x64. While NVIDIA package theirs in an exe, ASUS' package is done slightly differently. ![]() Yes, they rar the package, then put it in a zip file... just in case. It's almost like hitting the save button in Microsoft Word twice... just to make sure. Nice one ASUS! ![]() |
